TERMS OF PAYMENT, STORAGE and SHIPMENTS
1 - COSTS TO BE BORNE BY THE BUYER
In addition to the hammer price, the buyer shall pay: 25% inclusive of tax, plus :
> 3.60% inclusive of tax if purchased via Interencheres.com or Drouot.com
> resale right (where applicable): this only applies to original works by living artists or artists who have been dead for less than 70 years, and only for auctions of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000, then 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the decree of 9 May 2007, to which reference should be made for other brackets and any additional information.
Once the sale has been announced, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the items purchased and is responsible for insuring them if necessary.
2 - PAYMENT
Cash payment is required on receipt of the auction notice, giving preference to digital means of payment.
- For Drouot.com buyers :
As soon as the hammer price is awarded, the buyer must give his name and address and proceed with the cash payment either by BANK CARD, TRANSFER, BANK CHEQUE or in cash (1000 € for French individuals and 15000 € for others with proof of their passport).

As a reminder, in application of article L 441-6 of the French Commercial Code, any delay in payment will result in a penalty calculated on the basis of 3 times the legal interest in force. In addition, in the event of recovery, each auction slip will be subject to a fixed indemnity of €40 excluding VAT.
Any successful bidder on an adjudication slip who remains unpaid to the HOTEL DES VENTES DE SENLIS sarl or who is in arrears with payment may be entered in the TEMIS File (of persons barred from access to auction sales) (see the exhaustive conditions of sale).
3 - DELIVERY OF LOTS - STORAGE COSTS FOR LATE PICK-UPS
Lots are delivered to the public without an appointment. The successful bidders are advised to collect their lots within a week in order to avoid any storage and guarding costs, which will be charged to them at a rate of €6 (excl. VAT) per day and per item.
4 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For all item shipments (excluding furniture), we work with MAILBOXES, a professional packaging and shipping company. All you have to do is send them an e-mail requesting a quote together with your packing slip to mbe007@mbefrance.fr or contact them on +33 (0)3 44 22 42 84.
You can also request repatriation to Paris from GROUPE ROUGEMONT, 3 Cité Rougemont (75009) by taking advantage of a grouped delivery service for a fee (excluding furniture). All you have to do is send us a request for a quote together with your packing slip to senlis@acteon.auction.
For the transport of furniture and objects, we can put you in contact with transporters.
