1. Certain lots are sold, on a judicial basis, by SELARL Dominique LE COËNT-de BEAULIEU (this is indicated in the lot description). Other lots are sold voluntarily by HÔTEL DES VENTES DE SENLIS sarl. In accordance with the law, the information given in the catalog is the responsibility of the sales company and its experts, who guarantee the authenticity of the lots offered for sale, subject to any corrections announced at the time of presentation of the item and recorded in the sales report. 2. Purchases are the sole responsibility of the successful bidder from the time of adjudication. It is the buyer's responsibility to insure his lots as soon as they are sold. Winners are advised to collect their lots as soon as possible to avoid handling and storage costs, which are charged at €6.00 ex. tax per day and per item. The Auctioneer shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever for storage costs.

3. The highest and last bidder will be the successful bidder. In the event of a dispute at the time of adjudication, i.e. if it is established that two or more bidders have simultaneously made an equivalent bid, either aloud, by sign or by internet, and are claiming the item at the same time, after the word "adjudicated" has been pronounced, the said item will immediately be put back up for sale at the price proposed by the bidders and all the public present will be admitted to bid again.

4. The sale is expressly for cash. The successful bidder will pay to the HÔTEL DES VENTES DE SENLIS sarl or to the SELARL Dominique LE COËNT-de BEAULIEU, the principal price of his bid plus expenses. Costs vary according to whether the sale is judicial or voluntary, and whether the purchase is made in the auction room or via the Internet.

For all vehicles, this surcharge is replaced by a flat-rate charge of €60.00 (incl. VAT) per vehicle, plus the cost of the technical inspection (the amount varies according to the type of vehicle).

The droit de suite, which may be payable by the successful bidder, applies only to original works by living artists or artists who have been dead for less than 70 years, and only to bids of €750 or more. The rate is 4% from €750 to €50,000 and 3% from €50,001 to €200,000, in accordance with the decree of May 9, 2007, to which reference should be made for other brackets and further information.

No lot will be handed over to the buyer until all sums due have been paid in full. The hammer price and buyer's fees include VAT. The sale is conducted in euros.

Any buyer from the European Union, identified for V.A.T., must, at the time of the sale, indicate his identification number for intra-Community delivery and provide proof of shipment to the other member state; he has 30 days in which to regularize the situation. Non-EU buyers must indicate their intention to export at the time of sale, and have 30 days to provide proof of export. Cash payments are limited to :

5. Customers not resident in France will only be able to take delivery of their purchases after payment has been made by SWIFT.
